Robert S. Pino

Robert S. Pino served in the U.S. Navy from December 1961 until June 1970. He served as an officer on board the aircraft carrier USS Intrepid (CVS-11) from April 1963 until December 1964. Pino joined Intrepid's crew as a lieutenant junior grade and left as a lieutenant. He was assigned to the S-5 Division, which was part of the Supply Department. In this department, he oversaw the ship's stewards. Pino's duties include serving as the wardroom officer and as the mess treasurer. After his time in the Navy, Pino went on to a career in banking. He was interviewed for the Museum's oral history collection (OHP.050).
