Ronald C. Wallace

Ron Wallace served on board the aircraft carrier USS Intrepid (CVS-11) from 1968 to 1972. He was a boiler technician second class, BT2, and worked in the B Division. Wallace was the ship’s oil king, the sailor responsible for the storage and transfer of the oil that fueled Intrepid’s boilers.
