Kay Atkinson

Kay Atkinson was the wife of Sid E. “Gene” Atkinson, who served on board the aircraft carrier USS Intrepid (CVS-11) from 1966 to 1967 as a pilot in Attack Squadron 15 (VA-15). The Museum interviewed Atkinson for our oral history collection on January 18, 2018 (see OHP.155). The Museum also interviewed her husband, Gene (see OHP.154).
