Peter J. Cross

Peter J. Cross served on board the aircraft carrier USS Intrepid (CVS-11) as a helicopter pilot in helicopter anti-submarine squadron HS-3, which was part of CVSG-56. He flew SH-3D Sea Kings. Cross served on board from 1970 until 1972, approximately. On board Intrepid, he was a lieutenant, but he later attained the rank of lieutenant commander.
