DescriptionCap, Sailor; U.S. Navy enlisted white hat, also known as a Dixie cup. The hat has a rounded crown and wide brim, which is folded up. "356-83-93 Irvin W.D.” is handwritten in black ink on rim. The interior has “1-8893” stamped twice in black, “W-D-I” stamped, and a blank label.
