DescriptionCap, Sailor; U.S. Navy enlisted white hat, also known as a Dixie cup. The hat has a rounded crown and wide brim, which is folded down. “Colleary” is stenciled in black in two places, on opposite sides of the hat. One stencil may have included the previous owner’s first initial, but it has become obscured. The seams on the top of the hat form six triangular fabric panels. On the interior there are two small white fabric loop tabs attached to either laces, side of one of the seams.On View
