DescriptionArtwork; Horizontal print of a lithograph print drawing (a) of the aircraft carrier USS Intrepid at sea that has been framed and has two handles with four dowel pegs (b) that can fit into holes on the side of the frame to make it a serving tray. The black and white print is done in pen and depicts the starboard side of Intrepid when a plane has just taken off from the flight deck. The sky is stormy and the water choppy. In the water on the bottom, left side is the artist signature, "L. Hecking". “CV-11” is on the ship, “U.S.S. Intrepid” below, and “Copyright 1944, Will Cressy. All rights reserved.” is printed underneath. The back of the frame has two screws and a wire for hanging. On View
