DescriptionPhotograph, Color; Reproduction personal vertical image of a light-skinned man wearing a U.S. Navy enlisted working dungaree uniform standing in the maneuvering room on the submarine USS Growler. There is another light-skinned man partially visible to the left of the standing man. They are both looking down at something. The standing man is probably the donor, Philip Coyle. There are large gauges, dials and controls in the background. The image has a dark bar running horizontally across the bottom of the image. The photograph may be a photo of a photo, with the dark bar being a table or other surface.
