DescriptionPhotograph, Color; Personal horizontal image of the Regulus I missile on a pier at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. The missile, on a stand, is pointing slightly upward. It is painted dark blue, white and red with U.S. Navy insignia. "Regulus // Navy // SSM-N-8A M // Mockup 2 TM" is painted in white on the side of the missile. One white JATO bottle is visible over the missile's wing. There is a submarine, probably USS Growler, partially visible to the left of the missile with an American flag on its topside. There is a sailor standing on the submarine wearing a U.S. Navy enlisted dress white uniform. There are other ships docked in the distance, including the destroyer USS Nicholas (DD-449). The sky is blue with clouds.Donor file name reads "Growler in Pearl 2."
