DescriptionAviator or pilot goggles (a) with case (b) and protective cloth (c).a) Googles; Black metal framed flight goggles with clear plastic lenses. The outer edges and interior of the frame are covered in brown felt fabric. The fabric is sewn to the metal frame with maroon thread. On the fabric at the exterior bridge is a diamond shaped design created with orange thread. A piece of triangular black fabric is sewn on two sides of the interior nose. Multiple small semi-circular vent openings are located on the top outer edge of the frames near the corner of each eye. A brown elastic strap is attached to either side of the goggles with a silver metal ring and has a metal strap loop on each side. The strap is attached to the metal rings on either side with a triangular piece of brown leather with a black metal washer that has a hole in the center.
b) Case; Black oval hard paper case for goggles (a). The base of the case has a ¾ inch inset around the top edge that fits into the cover. A light green cord is attached to the base on either of the widest edge. The cord passes through the cover on the top at either of the widest edges, allowing the cover to remain attached and move up and down. The cord passes through the base and cover through black metal washers.
c) Cloth; Green velvet protective cloth for goggles (a) to be placed in case (b). Cloth is edged with stitches around all four sides. The velvet pile is only on one side of the cloth.
