DescriptionPhotograph, Black and white; Vertical image of an enlisted man in a white shirt and trousers walking through a doorway into a stone church, in Athens, Greece. The doorway is arched with a tall inset arched entrance. A small stairway leads up to the door, and there are two baskets or stone containers on either side of the doorway. There are two sets of three arched windows above the door. There are small circles in the windows. Other windows are on the left. Tall trees flank the entrance. A white border is around the image. The back of the image is captioned in blue ink, “front of church, Athens” and stamped, “907”.
