DescriptionLighter; Silver lighter with flip lid with an enameled image of the second USS Growler seal. The seal reads "Growler // SSG 577 // Ready." The seal’s imagery depicts a hand reaching out of green water and grabbing a blue Regulus I missile against a pink and purple mushroom cloud. "Perrett" is engraved on the lid. The other side has a gold submarine warfare insignia or submariner's dolphin surrounded by “USS Growler // SSG 577”. The submarine warfare insignia depicts two dolphins flanking a surfaced submarine moving through water. The bottom has "High quality lighter // Penguin // No. 19581 Japan" imprinted on it.
