The Robert Muszynski Papers contain papers, records, and newspaper clippings from Muszynski's service in the Navy, including training in firefighting and damage control, and his time aboard USS Intrepid. Ship printed materials in the collection include newspapers, ports of call materials, Crossing the Line papers, and other service related records. There are tourist maps from New Zealand and Australia, postcards and other correspondence, as well as newspaper clippings announcing Intrepid's return back to Newport News, Virginia. His personnel file includes paperwork including a performance evaluation, a medical report, authorizations, policy acknowledgements and other documents.
