DescriptionPhotograph, Color; Personal horizontal image of USS Grayback (SSG-574) at a pier at Pearl Harbor. Sailors are standing on top and in front of the sail. The men are wearing U.S. Navy enlisted dress white uniforms and white enlisted caps, also known as "Dixie cups." There is one officer standing on the sail wearing a combination cap and officer's dress white uniform. The hull number 574 is painted on the sail. The sail has a cloth sign on it that reads "California // or // Bust // Aloha // Hawaii" painted in red and black paint. There are palm trees, cars, buildings, and other submarines visible in the distance. The sky is clear and blue.Donor file name reads "Grayback - Pearl."
