They are both wearing U.S. Navy Officer's dress jackets with ribbon bars and gold stripes on the cuffs. Both men and women have light skin and dark hair. The woman on the left is wearing a light colored sweater and a plaid skirt and is looking up at Harris as he writes his signature. The woman on the right is wearing a light colored shirt and a dark jacket and skirt and is looking down at McCampbell signing his name. There is a scoreboard behind them that reads "58 Meat Balls" handwritten in black ink. McCampbell and Harris were the Navy's top scoring aces during World War II, scoring 34 and 24 aerial victories, respectively.
