DescriptionPhotograph, Black and white; Personal, vertical photograph of two sailors standing on either side of a sapling. They are looking at the camera and smiling. The man on the left has medium-light skin and dark hair. The man on the right has light skin and dark hair. They are wearing U.S. Navy enlisted blue dress jumpers, trousers, and enlisted white hats, also known as Dixie cups. A white undershirt is visible under the jumper of the man on the left. The man on the right has a U.S. Navy aviation ordnanceman third class (AOM3) rating badge on his sleeve. A large, federal-style building is in the background. There is a white border around the image. “Si & git” is handwritten in red ink at the top of the border.

Back has “Hosien Kallel // John Jennerjohn” handwritten in black ink on it. Correct spelling of the first sailor's name is Kalell.
