DescriptionPatch, Military; U.S. Navy postal clerk third class (PC3) rating badge. The white fabric patch is in the shape of a pentagon, with the base at the top and vertex pointing down. From top to bottom the patch depicts an eagle with outstretched wings, a postal clerk rating insignia, and one chevron embroidered in dark blue thread. The rating insignia is a postmark and cancellation consisting of a circle with four curved lines inside and five wavy navy blue lines next to it.On View
