I // photographed this bomber as it was buzzing the // Intrepid while we were in the North Atlantic. I took it // while standing on the sponson deck just outside the // photo lab as the plane flew from the starboard side // to port just aft of the ship. About a month later some // guys from Naval Intelligence came on baord the ship to ask // who took the photo, and it wasn't until I looked over // someone's shoulder that I realized that it was my photo // that they were talking about. I gave them the // details."
