DescriptionCamera; Yashica Lynx 5000 manual camera (a) with case in two parts, a front portion (b) and back portion with strap (c). The back case has a screw on bottom that connects it to the camera. The front case has two fasteners on its back that attach to the back portion. a) Camera - Removable black lens cap with “Yashica” on it, interior rim of lens has “Yashica Japan No. 6229508 Yashinon 1:18 f = 4.5cm”, exterior of lens has numbers on top for selecting aperture, shutter speed, and focus and “Copal-SV” on bottom, and top of camera body has “LII 6044809 // Japan” imprinted on it.
b) Front case - black leather case that has two snaps on back that connect to back portion of case. Interior is lined with black felt. “Yashica” is in silver on front and “S. Taylor // U.S.S. Intrepid // CVS 11” written in black ink on interior leather.
c) Back case - black leather case with strap and black felt lined interior. On the bottom is a screw that attaches the case to the camera. On the back are two fasteners that connect it to the front case. “Made in Japan” is imprinted on the back.
