There are men running around the flight deck and other crowds of men in the distance. They are wearing various uniforms and costumes. There is one man holding a paddle. There is one man at the center of the image wearing a dark striped short sleeved shirt running towards the camera. The sky is cloudy. There is a white border around the image.

Back has "Kodachrome Print // Made by // Kodak // Jan. 68R" printed in red ink. Donor note reads “Crossing Equator // Initiation // Pollywog before crossing // Shellback after crossing” handwritten in blue ink.
