DescriptionPhotograph, Black and white; Official horizontal image of Commander Michael V. Martini showing Rear Admiral William B. Sieglaff an illustrated organization chart for the ship’s Engineering Department. The two officers are in the ship’s Engineering Department Office. In the foreground, Rear Admiral Sieglaff is bent over a desk while Commander Martini looks on. Commander Martini is wearing a U.S. Navy officer khaki work uniform without the jacket, and Rear Admiral Sieglaff is wearing a U.S. Navy officer dress blue uniform. Both officers have light skin. In the background there is a row of cabinets with drawers, and binders and in and out trays are on top of the cabinets. There is a white border around the image.

A horizontal strip of paper is taped to the bottom part of the image with the caption “Admiral SIEGLOFF looks over the caricatures of members of the Engineering Department depicted on the departmental organization chart.
