DescriptionBox, Accessory; Blue, rectangular medal presentation box with silver accents and a hinged, top vertical opening. The vertical design in stark relief on the left side of the top of the box has circles, spades and a floral bouquet motif in the shape of diamonds and v-shaped leaves. There are two straight, decorative borders on either side of the design. Silver text in stark relief at the bottom of the box top reads "United States // Of America". Interior of the box is lined with white satin on the cover. Text on the interior of the base reads "Interpak". The exterior of the base has beveled edges and there is a silver border around the top exterior edge on the base of the box.
