BiographyEugene N. Harris served on board the aircraft carrier USS Intrepid (CV-11) during World War II. He was received on board the ship as a seaman second class (S2) on December 30, 1943 and later became a seaman first class (S1). Harris was detached from the crew on April 2, 1946. He passed away on March 13, 2002 at age 76.
