DescriptionLog, Flight; Aviators Flight Log Book of Lt. (jg) Ed. A. Ritter, a pilot with Fighting Squadron 18 (VF-18). Orange hard-covered book with handwritten note on the first page stating that the original log book was destroyed by "explosion" and "fire" on November 25, 1944, so the data between August 1942 and December 1944 was lost. The information recorded is a summary "to the best of my knowledge," and was signed for by C.E. Harris, November 25, 1944–September 1945.
