DescriptionPhotograph, Black and white; Horizontal, official image looking out across the flight deck of USS Intrepid at a fleet sailing in the open water. Men are at their 20mm anti-aircraft gun mounts on the gallery deck, visible just below the edge of the flight deck. A man in a helmet or hardhat is walking across the deck. There are two other carriers in the distance and other support ships around the carriers. The water is calm and the sky has light clouds. There is a white border around the image.
