Page one contains three newspaper clippings with black and white photographs of the kamikaze attack on Intrepid and resulting damage. Top left clipping titled "Kamikaze Victim" has a photograph of crew members with hoses putting out fires on the flight deck. Bottom left clipping has two photographs of the attack on Intrepid from afar with the captions "Pilot Breaks Through Flak Curtains" and "Flames Roar As Jap Plane Explodes." Clipping on the right side is titled "Picture of the Month // Kamikaze // Blaze." "November 25, 1944 // The // same // Kamikaze // Explosion // from // two // different // views!" is handwritten in the middle of the page. The clippings are annotated with handwritten notes. "E.F. Hill" is handwritten in the top right corner.

Page two contains three newspaper clippings. Top left clipping is titled "Heroic Flattop Intrepid Hit Fourth Time" with a photograph of Intrepid under attack. Bottom left clipping is titled "Most-Hit Carrier Back in Action" by John M. McCullough. Clipping on the right is titled "Carrier Knocked Out // 4 Times Back in Action" by John M. McCullough. The clippings are annotated with handwritten notes. "E.F. Hill" is handwritten in the top right corner.

Page three contains four newspaper clippings. Top left clippings read "The Truk Attack! // Official U.S. Navy Photos // Of Blow In The Carolines." Middle clipping shows multiple aircraft carriers under attack with the caption "Japanese Ships in Truk Harbor." Bottom left clipping has a photograph of damage at a Japanese base with the caption "Japanese Seaplane Base." Clipping at top right of the page has two photographs of Japanese ships under attack. The clippings are annotated with handwritten notes. "E.F. Hill" is handwritten in the top right corner.

Page four contains three newspaper clippings. Top clipping shows a photograph of crewmembers on the flight deck helping injured men with the title "Wounded Treated After Jap Attack on Intrepid." Two clippings at the bottom of the page are from the same article titled "Planes of Carrier // Sank 80 Jap Ships." "E.F. Hill" is handwritten in the top right corner.
