DescriptionBar, Ribbon; Military ribbon rack for service awards and decorations awarded to Joseph J. "Jocko" Clark. The rack has 25 ribbons stacked in nine rows. The back has a felt board attached to the ribbons with a square area cut out in the center. There are three bronze butterfly clasp pins at each corner and one round capped clasp at the bottom right corner.

The ribbon bars are attached as follows:

Row 1: Navy Cross, the ribbon is navy blue with a white center stripe.

Row 2: Army Distinguished Service Medal, the ribbon has a white center edged with blue and red outer bands; Navy Distinguished Service Medal, the ribbon is navy blue with a gold center stripe and has one gold star; Silver Star, the ribbon has red center stripe flanked by white stripes, there are blue stripes on either edge with a thin white stripe.

Row 3: Legion of Merit, the ribbon is purple-red edged with white and has a bronze V; Army Commendation Medal, the ribbon is green with five thin stripes in the center and edged in white; Navy/Marine Corps Commendation Medal, the ribbon is green with a stripe of white near either edge and a with bronze V.

Row 4: World War I Victory Medal, the ribbon is rainbow colored with red in the center followed by orange, yellow, green, light blue, indigo and purple on either side with one bronze star; Navy Presidential Unit Citation, the ribbon has three horizontal stripes of navy blue, gold and red with three bronze stars; American Defense Service Medal, the ribbon is yellow with blue, red and white stripes on either side and one bronze star.

Row 5: European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal, the ribbon is green in the center with red, white and blue stripes in the middle, white and black stripes to the left and red, white and green stripes on the right, edged in brown with one bronze star; Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal, the ribbon is yellow with white, red and dark blue stripes and two silver stars in the center flanked by a bronze star on each side; American Campaign Medal, the ribbon is light blue with white, black, red and dark blue stripes.

Row 6: World War II Victory Medal, the ribbon has a center red stripe with rainbow stripes on either side; Navy Occupation Service Medal, the ribbon has two wide stripes of red and black in the center and is edged in white; China Service Medal, the ribbon is yellow with narrow stripes of red near each edge.

Row 7: National Defense Service Medal, the ribbon has a center stripe of yellow flanked by red, white and blue stripes and red stripes on either edge; Korean Service Medal, the ribbon is light blue with a center white stripe and one silver star; United Nations Service Medal, the ribbon has alternating narrow stripes of light blue and white.

Row 8: Pistol Marksmanship Ribbon, the ribbon is navy blue with a narrow light green stripe at either edge; Philippine Liberation Medal, the ribbon is red with blue and white center stripes and one bronze star; Korean Order of Military Merit 5th class Inheon, the ribbon is blue with white stripes on either edge.

Row 9: Peruvian Distinguished Flying Cross, the ribbon is green with three narrow black stripes in the center and edged in black; Korean Order of Military Merit 1st class Taeguk/Taegeug, the ribbon is light blue with a center circle of blue and red and four narrow stripes of white on either side and one silver star; Republic of Korea Presidential Unit Citation, the ribbon is white with a center circle of blue and red, alternating narrow gray, red and white stripes on either side and edged in gray.
