DescriptionDevice, Visual Signaling; Landing Signal Officer (LSO) paddles (a-b) and bag (c). The paddles have wooden handles and a square metal frame with wires attached with strips of fabric (florescent pink on one side, orange on the other) sewn around the wires. The rectangular canvas bag has a metal snap button closure on one end and a broken olive drab handle on the other.
