The DeNisco Letters contain thirty-three (33) letters from Ralph DeNisco to his wife, Jacqueline (Jackie), during his time aboard the aircraft carrier USS Intrepid. The letters range from May 17, 1955 to November 12, 1955, and were written frequently, often daily. The contents of the letters includes day to day life on Intrepid, ports of call, inquiries about home life, and romantic notes to his wife.
October 26, 1955: included in envelope is port of call ephemera from Cannes, France; a brochure and map from the Cavendish Hotel and a card for Funel's Perfume Factory.
