DescriptionUniform, Military; U.S. Navy blue dress jumper with off-white piping along the collar and cuffs. The left arm has a radarman third class (RD3) rating patch and one red service stripe. The radarman patch has a white eagle, a circle with arrow through it, and one red chevron. The right arm of the jumper has a “U.S.S. Intrepid” shoulder arch patch and a Battle Efficiency second award patch with a white “E” and one hash mark. There are two pockets on the front chest (the right pocket opens on interior and the left pocket opens on exterior). "Lyon, J.M. 595-6 (illegible) 2" is stenciled on the interior hem in white, and a label sewn under the collar reads “100% wool // Name // Service no. // DSA-1-3911-64-C // Size 42R // Cleaning instructions // dry clean for best results // If dry cleaning is not available hand // launder in luke warm water. Use // mild soap. Squeeze suds through // garment. Do not rub or wring. Dry at // normal room temperature. // Do not remove this label.”On View
