DescriptionCalendar; USS Intrepid CVA-11, 1958–1959. This day planner calendar is filled with black and white photographs of crew members, flight operations, life on board and other subjects. There is a notepad attached to inside of the front cover that has been partially used and has some notes on it. "Glenn Allen Smith" is stamped in black ink on the bottom of front page of the calendar. Annotations appear from March 30, 1958 to November 18, 1958. Notes are mostly in blue ink and indicate where the ship is in port, appointments for haircuts and shots, and leave.On View
