DescriptionPhotograph, Black and white; Official vertical image of many aircraft on the flight deck, including Douglas A-4C Skyhawks and Douglas A-1H and EA-1F Skyraiders. The Skyraiders have the wings folded up. Bureau numbers visible on two of the A-4C Skyhawks include "8529" and "9529." A Skyhawk has a modex number "202" is from VA-15. Modex numbers visible on three Skyraiders are "505" (VA-145) "601" and "603" (VAW-33 det.11). Other numbers on aircraft are obscured. There are ladders against a few of the aircraft. There is a white border around the image.Back has "USS Intrepid CVS-11 // Flight Deck after bringing aboard, by Crane // Norfolk, Virginia // J.E.B." handwritten in blue ink.
