DescriptionPhotograph, Color; Vertical official U.S. Navy portrait of photographer’s mate Gofrido (Ed) Garcia. Garcia is wearing a U.S. Navy dress blue uniform, white undershirt and white Dixie cup cap. He wears a gold Navy air crew wings pin on his proper left chest and has a photographer’s mate third class rating badge patch with one red chevron on his proper left shoulder. The rating badge patch depicts an eagle with outstretched wings above light refracting through a lens. Garcia has medium skin, dark hair and a mustache.
