DescriptionBottle, medicine; glass bottle of liquid for gargling with USS Intrepid medicine label. The clear container is vaguely trapezoidal with rounded edges. It tapers at the neck and has a black screwtop cap with ridges down the side. The bottle is filled with a red, slightly translucent liquid and is sealed with a circle of paper fitted over the bottle's circular opening. There is a white label adhered to the center front of the bottle. Text printed in black ink on the label reads, "USS Intrepid CVS 11 // Gargle with [illegible] Teaspoonful 15 // To 30 Seconds As Needed For // Sore Throat Do Not Swallow // Wadsworth Gargle". "1373" is stamped vertically in black ink on the right side of the label. On the back center of the bottle there is a "2" in stark relief.On View
