DescriptionPhotograph, Black and white; Vertical image of two men painting the side of the ship with rollers. They are on a piece of wood suspended with a rope. The man on the left is standing up and the man on the right is sitting on the piece of wood. There are two buckets between the men. The men are wearing jumpsuits for painting and life jackets. In addition to ropes holding the board, there are additional ropes securing the men to the ship. Another crew member is partially visible at the top of the image. The men appear to have light skin.
