DescriptionPennant; Navy blue triangular flag with yellow trim and two navy blue tabs at the top and bottom of the hoist end. A design is printed in yellow on the flag. The design consists of braided rope forming two circles. Around the circles are the words "U.S. Naval Base // Philadelphia // Birthplace of freedom // 1776-1976.” In the center of the circle are a 13 star American flag, the Liberty Bell, a U.S. Navy insignia, and a U.S. Marine Corps insignia. Underneath is “Made in U.S.A.” The ship name "U.S.S. Intrepid" is printed to the right of the design and extends down the fly end of the pennant.
