Kenneth Marshall

BiographyDr. Kenneth Marshall served on board the aircraft carrier USS Intrepid (CV-11) from January 1967 until December 1968. He served as a flight surgeon and was attached to Carrier Air Wing 10 (CVW-10). Marshall and five other members of Intrepid’s medical staff assisted in the treatment of casualties following the fire on USS Forrestal (CV-59) on July 29, 1967. Marshall left the U.S. Navy in 1969 and went on to become a plastic surgeon. He has participated in the Intrepid Museum's oral history project (OHP 073).
