Henry B. Hopson

BiographyHenry Bertis Hopson served on board the aircraft carrier USS Intrepid (CVA-11) in the mid- to late 1950s. He served in the U.S. Navy from the 1934 to 1964 as a chief warrant officer in air wing maintenance. Born in Texas, Hopson served during World War II on board USS Bunker Hill (CV-17), as well as other duty assignments. After his service, he lived in Morocco and all over the world before returning to Texas. He died in 1995.
