BiographyMichael P. Hallahan Sr. served in the U.S. Navy from 1957 to 1960. He served on board the aircraft carrier USS Intrepid (CVA-11) in 1958–1959. He was an aviation metalsmith third class (AMS3) in helicopter squadron HU-2, which flew the HUP Retriever. Hallahan has participated in our oral history project (OHP 128).
