DescriptionPatch, Military; Circular off-white squadron insignia patch, with black border around the edges and rectangular section at the bottom. The patch depicts the insignia for torpedo squadron 10, VT-10, that had a nickname of "Buzzard Brigade". The center of the patch depicts a vulture in flight diving down to the right clutching a broom in its talons. There is blood on the end of the broom and dripping from its beak. There is a lightning bolt above the vulture's head. Black cursive text in the bottom rectangle reads “N.J. Atkins Lieut.”On View
