DescriptionPhotograph, Color; Horizontal image looking from USS Intrepid at USS Bausell (DD-845), a Gearing-class destroyer, during an underway replenishment. The ship’s hull number is visible on the aft end of the ship. Men in dungarees are on the deck. Refueling lines from Intrepid are connected to the destroyer. The underside of Intrepid's flight deck is visible in the upper left. The open water around the ships is calm, and the sky is blue with light clouds. There is a white border around the image. The back has "Kodacolor Print // Made by Kodak // Sept. 67PA" stamped in red and "A Kodak Paper" repeating throughout. Photograph was removed from scrapbook 2018.32.01.
