DescriptionUniform, Military; U.S. Navy blue evening trousers or pants. The high-waisted trousers have two side pockets, plastic black interior buttons and a “Scovill” zipper closure. An interior white label reads “Naval Uniform Shop // Brooklyn 32 New York // Name R K Shea // Rank CDR Corps USN // Waist 35 1/2 length 29 // Trousers // Del. 8/30/68 // Order No. 7588 On 1 // Remarks: Trs. highwaist blue // trop bot 18 // To-at Arlington, VA.” and an anchor logo printed and written in black and blue ink.The trousers were most likely worn with U.S. Navy blue dinner dress jacket 2018.11.02. Accompanying donor note reads “Size 42 // pants 35 ½ x 29”.
