DescriptionPhotograph, Black and white; Horizontal image of Marie Campoli on a float during the Fourth of July parade in Bristol, Rhode Island. Campoli, who was named Miss Intrepid by the crew of USS Intrepid, is wearing a gown and seated in a chair. There are four boys dressed as enlisted sailors standing behind her and saluting. There are houses along the parade route. Campoli and the four boys each have light skin. There is a white border around the image. The back has “Bristol 4th of July Parade // Miss Intrepid // 1972” written in blue ink.
