DescriptionHat; U.S. Marine Corps women's blue hat. The navy blue cap has a circular curved crown. The back tapers toward the center and is slightly curved under. There is a small gold retaining button attached on either side where the brim meets the hat band. Encircling each button is a gold braided rope that is knotted in the center front and has a large wrapped knot at either end. Gold wrapped thread is sewn to the brim with a design of oak leaves and acorns. There is a plastic covered hole in the center front hat band to use to attach a device.
