Richard G. Perry

BiographyRichard George Perry served in the U.S. Navy from 1953 to 1957. He served on board the aircraft carrier USS Intrepid (CVA-11) as part of the 6th Fleet Band in 1956. He was a musician third class (MU3) during his time on Intrepid, and he left the Navy as a musician second class (MU2). He played the clarinet and the saxophone. Perry served a volunteer with the Intrepid Museum. He was interviewed for the Museum's oral history collection (OHP.186). Perry died in 2020.
