BiographyRalph E. Nurse served on board the aircraft carrier USS Intrepid (CV-11) beginning on September 12, 1943 during World War II. He was an aviation ordnanceman first class (AOM1). Nurse left the ship's crew in February 1945. He passed away in 2007.
