DescriptionUniform, Military; U.S. Navy officer khaki working uniform jacket. Jacket is single-breasted with folded collar. There are four pockets total: one small pocket at either side of the chest and one large pocket at either side of the waist below the waistband. The pockets all have flap closures with crest shaped edges and buttonhole slits. The pockets have a small hole with stitched edges where a button would be attached. The bottoms of the pockets are rounded. There are three buttonhole slits with stitching on the edges on the proper left opening. On the proper right opening there are three small holes with stitching around the edges where buttons would be attached. At each shoulder there is a small and large fabric loop attached to the jacket, used to attach shoulder boards. A fabric hanging loop is stitched at the back interior collar. At the interior collar, there is a handwritten inscription in black ink that reads “J G Clark” as well as one on the interior seam that reads “C3447.” On either side of the interior seam, there is a black stamp that reads “JT-CLA.” There is a white fabric label attached to the interior proper left opening flap that has orange machine stitch with an image of a heart shaped crest and text that reads “Grosner // Of Washington.”On View
