DescriptionPhotograph, Black and white; Official vertical image of two sailors painting a balcony in the Philippines. There is one sailor on a ladder and one sailor on top of the balcony. The man on the balcony is wearing a U.S. Navy enlisted dungaree work uniform and enlisted white cap, also known as a "Dixie cup." The man on the ladder is wearing a khaki work uniform and is looking directly at the camera. They both have light skin and medium to dark hair. They are painting a balcony a light color. There is a white border around the image.
