BiographyJames D. Buescher served on board the aircraft carrier USS Intrepid (CVS-11) from 1966 to 1967, while the ship was serving in the Gulf of Tonkin during the Vietnam War. He was a lieutenant junior grade and worked in the Communications Department, CR Division.
