DescriptionCape; Long black U.S. Navy Nurse Corps cape with red wool lining and a black velvet folded collar. On either side of the top front panels, a decorative black braided rope with large oval tying knob have been attached to secure the cape closed. There are two interior pockets, with one on either side, that are lined with yellow ribbed fabric. The right pocket has a label that has black text and handwriting with an image of a fouled anchor. The printed text reads: " Naval uniform shop // naval clothing depot // Brooklyn // New York // Name // Date". The handwriting reads "MB Stumm // NNC 502 413".On View
